It was the letter that changed my whole life…
Once when I graduated from junior
high school did not occur to me if I entered the tourism SMK with a department
of culinary services. I do not know anything about the department, but over
time I can hone my skills. Such as processing food, serving food and so forth.
In the department I was given a defense about various types of food and
groceries. Which from the beginning I did not know about the types and
ingredients until I could find out. There almost every day we learn to process
the type of food that has been studied previously. But not just cooking, there
are other lessons around the department. Initially I do not really like to cook
but after choosing the majors I started to like to cook.
